  • Providing false information will result in account closure and funds may be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

  • A wagering requirement of 20 times the total of the bonus and deposited amount must be met.
  • Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

  • A member is eligible for a welcome bonus only once.

VIP and Cashback

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.

  • Diamond: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Bonus Abuse

Using bonus benefits dishonestly or attempting to exploit the system (bonus arbitrage, claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, etc.) is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

Account Suspension & Closure

Reasons for Permanent Closure

After an account is closed, any regular (non-bonus) balance is generally refunded; however, in cases involving fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited. Members may also request closure of their own account at any time through support.
