Winning Strategies and Tips
Understand the Power of Position
Your position at the table is extremely important in Texas Holdem. Being in late position (close to the dealer button) lets you see other players' actions before making your decision — a significant advantage. Use your position at 6u666 live tables to shape your strategy.
Bankroll Management
Set a fixed budget for each session and stick to it. A general rule is to have a buy-in of 20 to 30 times the stake you are playing. 6u666 has tables at various limits — start at lower stakes.
Pre-Flop Hand Selection
It is not right to play every hand. Be aggressive with strong hands like Pocket Aces (AA), Kings (KK), Queens (QQ), and Ace-King (AK). Be patient with weak hands and wait for a good opportunity.
Bluff with Caution
Bluffing is an integral part of poker, but excessive bluffing is harmful. Only bluff in situations where the board supports your story and your opponent's range appears weak.
